“We met in the summer of 2019 onboard Royal Caribbean’s Symphony of the Seas on a family vacation. I spotted the most handsome Italian man, Danilo, hosting an onboard activity and could not resist introducing myself. Though at first a long distance relationship was not on either of our minds, we eventually chose the challenging route of dating overseas.
“Through the course of our relationship we have had many adventures all over the world, beginning in Miami and traveling as far as Istanbul, Turkey. Along the way, we have made stops in Mexico, Amsterdam, and our favorite place, Italy. Danilo is an Italian citizen born and raised and just recently moved to Chicago in the summer of 2022. We are so happy to finally be married and living together and we look forward to an amazing life together!
